Description
SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY*
o To provide warehouse support for multi manufacturing sites, multiple product platforms, mass production, strategic projects, importing and exporting
o To ensure appropriate management of materials, such as receiving, storage, issuance and shipping
o To ensure WHS management, including waste management, in compliance with Quality, EHS, IP as well as Customs guidelines
o To lead and well manage the Warehouse team
o Network with internal and external customers such as Quality, Manufacturing, procurement team, financial team, suppliers, transportation etc
SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
Under and in accordance with all applicable laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson corporate, procedures and guidelines, this position:
o Comply with J&J Credo
o Establish, maintain and continuously improve related working procedures and working instructions
o Maintain the accuracy and on-time activities of material receiving, turn-in and dispatch
o Ensure inventory accuracy and safety for all materials and products
o On-time and accurate material and service provided to shop floor for production
o On-time and accurate turn-in, packaging and shipping performance
o Compliance with all related law and regulation
o Powerful execution of company strategy and action plan
o Team work and good communication to improve working efficiency and optimize resource
o Chemical and hazardous waste management
o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
o Performs other duties assigned as needed
o Manage warehouse staff to effectively carry out vehicle cargo inspection, wooden packaging inspection, receipt and delivery process, handling of exception events; Organization of warehouse related training.
Qualifications
SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION*
- Education
o Must Have: University Degree
o Nice to Have: Six Sigma/ External Audit Certificate
- Required Experience
o Ten years working experience in warehouse management, at least five years of managerial experiences
o Hands-on EHS/5S experience in warehouse daily operation
o Strong GMP experience
o Strong Quality and Compliance knowledge and experience
o Experiences in both bonded and non-bonded warehouse management
o Knowledge in Customs
o Experience in working with global teams
o Extensive experience with external and internal audits
