$140,480.00 Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits
Qualifications may warrant greater starting base pay within the full pay range. Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading technical strategy and support for a portfolio of core enterprise applications and providing oversight for technical teams and projects for The Cooperative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the key technical lead and manager for enterprise applications, supporting one or more portfolios
Manage full application lifecycle, responsible for implementation, governance, and support for portfolio applications for The Cooperative
Provide technical strategy and oversight that enables the portfolio vision and business strategy
Ensure all technical solutions work with The Cooperative's long-term technical strategy and architecture
Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, or process improvement - focused on collaboration systems and internal tools
Provide application administrative support across applications as needed
Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT management to provide a strategic vision for new and supported applications and create roadmaps for execution
Address the various needs, concerns, expectations of stakeholder groups in planning and executing projects, meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables
Balance competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks in order to accommodate the needs of each user/customer
Build a strong technical culture around our business systems that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
Work with portfolio leaders and management to balance constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk

Collaborate with portfolio leaders, project sponsors, business and technical partners, subject matter experts, end users, technical resources (internal and third-party vendors), senior management, and executives in the delivery and support of applications that ensure that the needs of business users are fully addressed, and continuous improvement is being achieved
Provide hands-on coaching, technical leadership and guidance to team members in order to build a strong technical culture that emphasizes technical excellence, rapid iteration, strong security, and frictionless user experiences
Maintain the security of confidential information
Stay abreast of advances in technology
Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

A full range of supervisory activities, training, evaluation, coaching, counseling, and recommendation for termination. This includes, but is not limited to, effectively communicating organizational policies and other information to subordinates, ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and ensuring that deliverables are completed as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of using computer systems, which may include setting up and using hardware and software programs, entering data or processing information
Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques and budgeting
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
Knowledge of load balancing integration, design techniques and implementation processes
Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes for network projects systems
Skilled in monitoring and managing performance
Skilled in establishing and communicating performance expectations and metrics

Skilled in anticipating, identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflict and problems

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Directly related experience may substitute for education
Eight years directly related experience in ITSM, CRM, ERP systems, WordPress platforms, application implementations, enhancements and integrations, including four years of supervisory experience
Prior experience with concepts such as API, Web Services, CDN, Load balancers, Microservices, Containerization, and Low-Code/NoCode as well as experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, testing and CI/CD.
Experience supporting SaaS and on premise applications and vendor management preferred
