Do you have stellar call center experience? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are working with an insurance company in Johnston, RI to support their growing call center operations. This role is full time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, and is 100% on-site. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing high-volume customer support in a call center environment. Experience in the insurance field is a major plus! Interested? Responsibilities

• Provide support for internal and external customers via inbound calls, emails, and faxes

• Provide clear, easy to understand information for customers

• Document all customer activity in database within a timely manner

• Maintain excellent demeanor and telephone ettiquette in stressful situations
