We are seeking a Route Driver/Customer Service Rep - RSR

This position is based out of our N. Perry St. Johnstown, NY Location.

As a Route Service Representative (RSR) you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing your customers (the same every week) from a Company-Provided Delivery Vehicle.

  • Restocking Customers with Clean Linen, Garments, and Textiles

  • Picking up Soiled Items.

  • Performing General Account Maintenance

  • Completing Inventories, Modifying Orders, Collecting Payments

  • Communicating Inquiries to our Customer Service Offer and/or Account Managers

  • Building Strong Relationships with Your Customers

  • Following Best Practices to Ensure Excellent Service and Quality is Provided to Our Customers

  • Upselling additional Century Products/Solutions

  • Identifying Potential Leads for Additional Business

    Qualifications include:

  • Valid driver license with clean driving record (CDL NOT REQUIRED)

  • Proven ability to provide service to customers and exceed their expectations

  • Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell

  • Detail oriented - every account we serve has different requirements

  • Ability to pickup and deliver Clean/Soiled Linen, Uniforms and Mats - this is a physical job

  • Route delivery experience a plus

  • Warehouse, logistics, or transportation background ideal

  • Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
