This position is based out of our N. Perry St. Johnstown, NY Location.
As a Route Service Representative (RSR) you will be responsible for:
Servicing your customers (the same every week) from a Company-Provided Delivery Vehicle.
Restocking Customers with Clean Linen, Garments, and Textiles
Picking up Soiled Items.
Performing General Account Maintenance
Completing Inventories, Modifying Orders, Collecting Payments
Communicating Inquiries to our Customer Service Offer and/or Account Managers
Building Strong Relationships with Your Customers
Following Best Practices to Ensure Excellent Service and Quality is Provided to Our Customers
Upselling additional Century Products/Solutions
Identifying Potential Leads for Additional Business
Qualifications include:
Valid driver license with clean driving record (CDL NOT REQUIRED)
Proven ability to provide service to customers and exceed their expectations
Must be a good communicator with the ability to sell
Detail oriented - every account we serve has different requirements
Ability to pickup and deliver Clean/Soiled Linen, Uniforms and Mats - this is a physical job
Route delivery experience a plus
Warehouse, logistics, or transportation background ideal
Comfortable using technology (such as handheld computers)
