Martin-Baker America, a manufacturing company who builds subassemblies for ejection seats and crashworthy seats for helicopters is actively seeking an entry level Business Systems Analyst.
The Business Systems Analyst at Martin-Baker America will be responsible for gathering and implementing business technology requirements. This entry level position encompasses business applications used in the day-to-day functions of Martin-Baker America and works closely with all company stakeholders and IT professionals to prioritize and implement solutions for the business.
The key responsibilities of a Business Systems Analyst at Martin-Baker America include:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand and document requirements and needs related to supported software applications.
Prioritization: Assess and prioritize requests based on internal requirements and resource availability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Solution Implementation: Implement solutions for various software applications such as Microsoft 365, SAP, and others as requested, ensuring effective integration and functionality.
Workflow Design: Design and implement workflows for Microsoft 365 applications like SharePoint, Teams, and other cloud and local applications to streamline business processes.
Site Creation: Create SharePoint and Teams sites in response to business requests, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and contribute to organizational efficiency.
Paperless Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to support and advance Martin-Baker America's paperless initiatives, leveraging technology to reduce reliance on physical documentation.
Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with the IT team to implement solutions effectively, collaborating with the IT Supervisor to allocate resources for more complex requirements.
Business Process Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Martin-Baker America's business processes and procedures to better align technology solutions with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Attend regular meetings with stakeholders as required to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between business needs and implemented solutions.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Business Systems Analyst contributes to the efficient operation and continuous improvement of Martin-Baker America's technology ecosystem in support of its business objectives.
