Martin-Baker America's Financial Controller oversees all aspects of financial accounting and reporting. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the company and encompasses a wide range of financial management responsibilities, requiring strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Financial Closing Process, Statement Preparation and Reporting
- General Accounting Management and Auditing
- Operational Support and Advisory
- Financial Analysis and Policy Review
- GAAP/CAS/FAR/Regulatory Compliance
- Budget Process and Preparation
Work onsite with some flexibility for remote work.
