Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. The position is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day HR operations and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Handle Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) processes and manage HRMS

• Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management

• Oversee Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Ensure Compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Manage Employee Relations and address employee concerns effectively

• Administer Compensation & Benefits, and Insurance Benefits

• Implement Employee Recognition programs to boost employee morale

• Handle Labor Employee Relations and resolve disputes

• Use Ceridian software for efficient HR management Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of HR Generalist within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary

• Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software is required

• Experience with About Time software is a plus

• A strong understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration is essential

• Demonstrated knowledge in Compliance and Employee Relations

• Familiarity with Compensation & Benefits, and Insurance Benefits is necessary

• Experience in Employee Recognition and Labor Employee Relations is desirable.
