Trillium Staffing Solutions Shift Supervisor in Kalamazoo, Michigan
Shift Supervisor position available in the Brighton, Michigan area. Direct hire opportunity working at our client location who is an established manufacturer. The shift supervisor will facilitate shift productivity, effectiveness and will promote a safe and positive work environment. Pay rate: $25.00 an hour.
2nd shift | 4pm to midnight with possible OT when needed OR 3rd shift | Midnight to 8am with possible OT when needed.
Duties:
Production scheduling Direct supervision of all shift employees Safe operation of material handling equipment Troubleshoot defects Review production schedules Preventative tool maintenance Complete supervisor notes Basic robot operation Understanding of quality expectations Maintain clean, organized work environment
