KANE COUNTY Building and Grounds Worker in KANAB, Utah
Position is full time with benefits. 40 hours per week. Applicant must be willing to begin work in the pre-dawn hours, must pass a background check, must have a current driver license w/good driving record, be able to lift up to 50 - 100 lbs. Position requires both inside custodial duties and outside ground duties. Performs facility care, such as mowing, pulling weeds, general ground care and cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and mopping. Operates various cleaning equipment. Cleans disinfects and sanitizes rest room sinks and bowls.
Note: This position also has the ability to advance up depending on qualifications and experience of applicant, by performing additional duties and responsibilities. Advancement has a salary grade scale commensurate to the advanced duties and responsibilities such as: Operates light equipment, including but not limited to: Mini Excavator; Skid Steer; etc... Operates light construction hand equipment including but not limited to: Concrete Saw; Compactor; etc... Performs minor plumbing and electrical duties including but not limited to: changing filters on E-Vac systems; winterizing and start-up of swamp coolers, etc...
