Description and Requirements

Lenovo’s Services Support business is extremely critical in Lenovo’s overall services led transformation journey. The Asia Pacific Services Support function is responsible for Services Delivery to all our customers across all Lenovo & Motorola entities in the Asia Pacific region (13 countries in scope).

As the Service Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the below –

  • Leading a team of Operations specialists based across Asia Pacific to support our Regional and Vertical leaders.

  • Designing & executing consistent governance mechanisms to enable business visibility & decision making across all regions in Asia Pacific

  • Driving executive reviews by providing actionable insights to business leaders.

  • Ensuring all performance measurements and KPIs are in line with business priorities.

  • Ensuring data requests around reporting and dashboarding are met periodically. Drive the simplification, digitization & automation of reports and processes.

  • Liaison with business and finance stakeholders to ensure measurement accuracy.

  • Demonstrate strong partnership with all Services Support leaders and delivering customized support in terms of data analyses & insights basis business priorities.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience around Operations, preferably in Hardware / Services industry or Consulting

  • Strong passion for metrics, business insights and analytics

  • Mandatory to have people managerial experience & advanced excel skills

  • Past exposure to building MIS / Dashboards (Power BI, Qlik etc)

  • Experience as a Business PMO preferred, not mandatory.
