Description and Requirements
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex VMware and Nutanix issues
Perform advanced VM and storage configuration tasks
Design and implement VMware and Nutanix solutions to meet business requirements
Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities
Mentor and guide L1 administrators
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of VMware vSphere and Nutanix architecture and components
Advanced knowledge of virtual machine administration, ESXi host configuration, and Nutanix storage concepts
Experience with vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switch, vSphere Storage DRS, Nutanix Prism Central, and Nutanix AOS
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) - Data Center Virtualization and Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) (preferred)
Experience: 7+ years of experience in VMware and/or Nutanix administration
