The Role

· Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure

· Select and configure network solutions from PaloAlto and Cisco

· Design and implement network security measures

· Ensure the scalability and reliability of the organization's network infrastructure

· Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud and network technologies

· Collaborate with diverse teams such as compliance, transition, engineering, offering, and account teams

· Make and document architectural decisions, including analyzing the organization's current and future needs, evaluating different solutions, and selecting the most appropriate one

Who You Are

· Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field

· At least 5 years of experience in traditional networking architecture

· At least 3 years of experience in cloud architecture

· Expertise in PaloAlto and Cisco portfolios

· Expertiese knowledge of switching and routing

· Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS

· Strong architectural background, with experience in making and documenting architectural decisions

· Good understanding of Agile development and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration, and automated deployment

· Hands-on experience with PaloAlto Strata administration, scripting, root cause analysis, or troubleshooting

· Knowledge and background in remote services, including traditional VPN and Secure Access Service Edge

· Proven ability to manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality

· Good communication skills (both written and spoken English)

· Cisco Certification is an added advantage

· PaloAlto certification is an added advantage

· Microsoft cloud certification is an added advantage
