Eurofins Intern in Group Structure Master Data Team in Katowice, Poland

Eurofins is implementing standardized processes in most domains of its Group Service Centre (Group Structure Master Data Management, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Compensation & Benefits, etc.), along with the deployment of Group-wide tools.

Your daily job would include running the maintenance process of those Master Data, as well as implementing and executing data quality improvement exercises related to Master Data. You will also have the opportunity to participate actively in the continuous improvement of the home-made application supporting the Master Data Maintenance process. On top of that, you will take part in the continuous improvement and maintenance of other support services tools developed in-house.The output of your job would have an impact on various processes in the entire company.

How can you help us? 

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily cooperation with internal client (Business controller and Business Units Leaders) to support them in maintaining their Master Data to an optimal level of quality (mails, calls);

  • Company Structure Master Data analysis to derive data quality KPIs. Communication with local leaders on those KPIs, triggering corrective actions;

  • Continuously monitor and improve Master Data management processes, while ensuring they are respected;

  • Collaborate with the project team and the agile IT Team to progressively improve the home-made master data maintenance application.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

Ideally, you are an accurate, analytical, detail-oriented team player with ability to handle complexity and ambiguity. You have very good knowledge of Ms Excel. You have customer mindset and interpersonal skills and are goal- and solution-driven. Excellent English (oral and written) is a must.

Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in corporate structures would be a strong plus but is not obligatory as long as you are an eager learner with willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills.
