The Opportunity

Talent Supply is critical for business continuity and success as well as competitive advantage. This is why we are creating a brand-new Talent Sourcing hub (Talent Scouts) in Poland as part of levelling up our global TA capabilities.

We are searching for a number of Talent Sourcing Specialists to join the team on a hybrid arrangement, based from Katowice. In this role, you will be instrumental in filling the candidate pipeline and funnel, providing lead generation to our Talent Partners and business leaders; proactive sourcing, head-hunting, referral management, internal talent movement, diversity (D&I) and niche roles will be strategic focus areas as well as ensuring full utilisation of the TA tool-kit at your disposal.

We believe in a portfolio led approach – you will be aligned to one of our global business segments be that Sales or more commercially focused hiring or alternatively our R&D and traditionally more technical hiring across our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Electric Design Automation (EDA) and Supplyframe business groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Sourcing Strategy: Accountable for developing and executing on a comprehensive sourcing strategy to build and scale our talent pipeline across various geographic regions, enabling our Talent Partners to effectively meet staffing needs of the business.

  • Lead Generation: Implement innovative lead generation techniques to identify and attract passive candidates, leveraging market insights and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Referral Management: Drive our referral program, fostering employee engagement and incentivizing referrals to enhance our candidate pool and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Internal Talent Movement: Identify and screen internal top talent across our vast Siemens ecosystem to facilitate and better enable internal talent mobility initiatives, promoting career development opportunities and enhancing employee retention.

  • Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Champion D&I initiatives within the sourcing process, ensuring diverse candidate slates and promoting an inclusive hiring culture.

  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates through proactive communication and personalized engagement strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing gained within an RPO or in-house recruitment environment.

  • with a track record of success in building and scaling sourcing capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean/ advanced X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Ability to take accountability and ownership of projects and tasks and see them through to successful outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and a commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace.

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed sourcing decisions.

Desired

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience working with Workday (HRM), Avature (ATS & CRM)

  • Additional language skills would be beneficial across any or more of the three regions we operate – EMEA, APAC and US

Type of employment:

Full time employment based on contract of employment with 3 months trial period.
