[To supervise the maintenance activity through the implementation of a preventive maintenance program and an ongoing maintenance repair program for production maintenance and process equipment.
[Supervises maintenance team members, to include hiring, training and performance management. [Sets shift schedules, coordinate shift activities and exchange information and priorities between shifts. [Maintenance of machinery and procurement of necessary materials. [Work in conjunction with EHS to address environmental, health and safety concerns for the facility. [Assigns preventative maintenance tasks as needed and assures timely execution.
