Palma Academy of Learning, LLC Behavior Technician in Kennett, Missouri
Provide individual, 1:1, applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or community-based setting.
- Support each client with the understanding they are trying to communicate their wants and needs
- Teach clients ways to communicate their wants and needs so others in their environment are able to understand their individualized needs
- Support each client through the lens of teaching opportunities
- Support each client with an understanding they are an individual and their individuality is the highest priority for their care
- Assist in the facilitation of a professional work environment that is welcoming to all colleagues, clients, and families
- Implement teaching programs as outlines by the Behavior Analyst
