What You'll Do:

  • Manage and update reports and registries for the PCHH team.
  • Conduct audits for procedures and data. Identify process improvement ideas.
  • Facilitate Release of Information forms, handle mail and faxes
  • Provide Obstetrics support and chart review assistance to PA/NP, and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school
  • One year's experience working in an office setting, preferably a medical or dental office
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 9 for bilingual differential pay
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner
  • Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, Word, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired
