Job Description Summary The Facilities Coordinator acts on behalf of our Facilities team in our Kennewick, WA and Eagle, ID locations, and assists our Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals and objectives. This role holds a very important place on our team. Job Description * Coordinate with sourcing to set up new vendor contracts * Monitor expiring contracts and facilitate renewals * Process security badge applications and extensions * Create and manage purchase requisitions for Facilities * Administer and monitor work orders, generating reports as needed * Assist with budget requests, analysis, and reporting, including researching and analyzing budget variances * Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management (FM) team * Order office supplies and furniture (e.g., nameplates, conference room supplies) * Process incoming and outgoing mail * Manage the Procurement card for Facilities * Oversee the pool vehicle program at the location * Communicate with supplier partners to set up new accounts and manage work orders * Interact with landlords or third-party suppliers to ensure integration of work orders * Coordinate facilities-related service tickets in ServiceNow * Provide backup coverage for the main reception desk as needed * Receive and process invoices through SAP * Manage utility billing and document energy consumption * Coordinate with the Safety team on EAP processes and trainings * Assist with record coordination and retention * Update floorplans and seating charts using AutoCAD * Act as the backup for the Kennewick Facility Manager as needed * Participate in special projects as required Basic & Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience * High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred * Proficient in the following computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel Key Skills and Competencies * General administrative experience. * Demonstrate efficient planning skills, prioritizing processes based on their importance. * Exhibit excellent communication abilities, ensuring a clear flow of information across the organization and to relevant parties. * Show self-motivation and inspire other staff to achieve assigned goals. * Maintain composure and deliver exceptional performance under high work pressure Industry-Competitive Benefits Coupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
