About the job As an integral member of the Food & Water management team, you will play a pivotal role in defining business strategy and driving profitable growth within the Food Heat Transfer Business Unit. Currently this is a hybrid position, Kenosha, WI or Richmond, VA preferred. As a part of the team, you will: Formulate and execute sales strategy for Food Heat Transfer within the U.S. in alignment and cooperation with global teams Attract, develop, motivate and coach high-performance sales teams Develop and drive optimized sales processes, creating improved sales efficiency Continuously evaluate local market competitiveness, developing strategy to meet new market demands. What you know: You have a Bachelor\'s degree Business, Engineering or related field. Background including selling in an industrial B2B environment Track record of driving change and delivering results Proven commercial orientation Experience with the practical application of heat transfer equipment Strong communication, coaching and motivation skills Strong strategic planning skills Experience with multiple ways to market, helpful Travel expectation: 30% What\'s in it for you?
