BFOQ Must be at least 18 years old due to child labor laws. Person able to work in heat and cold as lumber stacker and pallet builder. Pay rate of $12 per hour if working the scheduled 40 hours per week. Will only receive $10 per hour if fail to work less than the scheduled 40 hours per week. Higher compensation can be obtained through piecework.
