As a Quality Systems Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring the Quality System requirements within the QA functional area of responsibility, in accordance with corporate, divisional, and applicable regulatory requirements. Create and evaluate metrics. Data review and interrogation. Apply measures that ensure that quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse quality records, prepares reports and recommends improvements.
Identity and address recurring problems based on data analysis.
Prepare metrics and presentations to support site management reviews.
Manage the investigation of non-conformances affecting area of responsibility, and ensure implementation of timely and effective corrective action.
Maintain the quality and compliance status of associated procedures, work instructions and training materials.
Identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement of the Quality System.
When requested, accept any responsibilities and perform any necessary tasks to support the business and other QAC activities.
May analyze and evaluate data, extract pertinent information, prepare information abstracts and executive summaries.
Represent ADC to internal/external Auditors and Regulatory bodies on any matter relating to area of responsibility. Ensure area of responsibility and processes are audit ready at all times and all audits are supported from a resource and information request perspective.
Education and Experience
Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills
Strong problem solving
Experience analysing data and presenting same.
