Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) /SME to join our team in King George, VA. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in MBSE to make critical recommendations on infrastructure requirements, data requirements, and platform selections. Your insights will shape the foundation of our engineering processes and drive efficiency across our projects.

Essential functions will include:

-Utilize MBSE methodologies to analyze and recommend infrastructure requirements

-Develop comprehensive data requirements to support complex system modeling

-Evaluate and recommend appropriate platforms for MBSE implementation

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MBSE practices

-Provide guidance and mentorship on MBSE best practices to team members

-Explore and implement integration possibilities with other tools like DOORS and Jama

Salary depending on experience $150-$175K

Skills and Requirements

-Five (5+) or more years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering

-Proven expertise in SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink, and Cameo Systems Modeler

-Familiarity with other MBSE tools such as Magic Draw, Innoslate, and Core

-Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS and Jama is a plus

-Strong understanding of infrastructure and data requirements in engineering environments

-Experience in implementing MBSE methodologies in large-scale projects

-Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Rust is beneficial null
