As Green Labs Program Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Sustainability Engineering Centre of Excellence to develop and progress the sustainability objectives across GSK.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...

Strategic approach to driving Green Lab principles across GSK's Organization (R&D and GSC)

Lead sites to achieve Green Lab Certifications through programs and trainings to support these initiatives.

Provide technical leadership with regards to local solutions for lab operations and changing regulations.

Reducing operational inefficiencies to ensure minimal environmental impact, supporting sustainable sourcing, and GSK sustainability strategy for Eco-Design principles.

Coordinate activities across multi-disciplinary teams in EH&S, Procurement, WREF, Third Parties and business lines (R&D, GSC).

Identify common solutions and lead implementation across various sites.

Lead and coordinate Global Freezer Challenge efforts to drive cold storage best practice across the enterprise.

Technical leadership on sustainability solutionsand be up to date on the industry regulations across Europe and US.

Understand and develop solutions to local concerns and challenging ways of working to support the upmost safety and scientific standards.

Support Global Capital Teams to build in sustainability into the new Laboratories.

Business lead for My Green Lab contract and collaborations. Why you?Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years' experience in Sustainability Programs at site level and Supply Chain level Minimum 2 years experience in green labs Minimum of 1 year of experience facilitating site and inter-site workshops attended by multi-functional staff. Minimum of 2 years' experience of working effectively across diverse multiple functions, geographic locations, and local cultures Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An ability to implement a program of multi-site site activity, realizing proven benefits. A track record of working with and influencing a range of senior stakeholders at site and above site levels to develop and deliver coherent improvement activity and changes in ways of working. A good working knowledge of lab and site operations and multiple scientific functions. The ability to assess and report data

The ability to work effectively across international and business unit boundaries. Have a good understanding of the GSK business activities, sites, and organization. Experience in prioritizing and resolving sustainabilityand business concern issues. Experience in implementing company level strategies. Experience of running and participating in change programs and workshops e.g. Kaizens A track record of delivery of projects across multiple sites Strong team working, influencing and leadership skills.
