Responsibilities: * Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared by Panda Exteriors * Display a professional demeanor while speaking with homeowners about their roofing/exterior needs * Gathering information, such as contact details and signatures, for leads and future clients for follow-up * Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for client information and appointment acquisition
Compensation and Benefits: * Weekly pay! - $500-$600/week to start - plus uncapped commission and bonuses after first 4 wks of training * Growth opportunities - promotion to Sales Closer after 4-6 months (dependent on your lead generation) * Sign on bonus & employee referral bonuses * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance * PTO, paid holidays, & 401k * Company events and excursions
Qualifications:
- Construction knowledge/skills are a plus!
- 0-2 years sales experience
- 18 + with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
- Desire to work outdoors
- Exposure to rejection and the ability to overcome and adapt accordingly
- Outgoing personality with a 'grind' mentality
- Eagerness to learn new skills and grow as a professional
