Arkema Inc. Human Resources Manager Job in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 12D5F1CB-77D3-4 Arkema Inc., a leader in specialty chemicals, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to direct and monitor the HR strategy and implementation for multiple Business Units and Functions in the US. This role is based at our North American Headquarters and requires a professional well-versed in all aspects of human resources, including change management, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, workforce planning and development, and employment law. The position will include management and oversite of other HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering: Establish strong partnerships with leaders and employees, develop and maintain HR programs and procedures, and lead talent acquisition and development processes. Core HR Processes: Implement HR programs, policies, practices, and tools locally, including performance management, talent review, employee engagement surveys, and compensation-related practices. Compliance and Employee/Labor Relations: Ensure awareness and compliance with HR policies, address HR issues, and provide counsel on employee and labor relations.

Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in the Human Resources field, with a minimum of 2 years at the management level. Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management, or management; Master's degree strongly preferred. Skills: Strategic and results-oriented leadership, strong business orientation, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 20%

Working Conditions: Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office.
