As a Wecom Contact Center Representative, you will work on inbound prospect inquiries, conduct follow-up calls and work within our existing customer base on selling product upgrades and/or additional products. You will also work with existing customers on billing inquiries, technical support and other tasks assigned by your manager.
What youll do:
Be able to work the Money hour of 9:00 AM 6 PM.
Be able to field inbound sales and customer service calls and targeted outbound sales calls.
Focus on selling Wecom Fiber internet services to newly passed homes/residents and transitioning existing fixed wireless customers to fiber optic internet.
Build your local brand, generating relationships throughout the community.
