Support Services Group Fraud Prevention Agent in Kingston, Jamaica

Fraud Program Information 

The Fraud agents need to make a positive impact with our customers, build lasting relationships and deliver a tech-enabled financing experience that is simple, fast, and effective. Tools provided for the labor are efficient and responsive, support is the main priority for leadership. Agents will be handling calls from customers that had some fraud on their account. Agents must be able to make customers feel secure and confident that their information is protected, and the issue will be resolved.

Program Requirements 

  • 1-2 years of direct experience in banking; knowledgeable in customer service, experience in handling customers sensitive information

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented

  • Team Player

  • Professional demeanor
