The Executive Intelligence Analyst, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will be responsible for executing Executive Threat Intelligence (ETI) analysis services in support of the Executive Threat Intelligence Program, the Executive Protection (EP) team, and the Risk Operations Program. The Analyst is a dedicated resource for the ETI Program and conducts executive-focused intelligence collection, analysis, and distribution. The role performs day-to-day threat hunting and monitoring, trend identification, and analysis, and facilitates deeper research and assessment of key topics or issues relevant to executive risk exposure. This position can be based anywhere (remote) within the United States. Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Manage the collection of intelligence information used to populate various standard reports and updates.
  3. Monitor executive-focused social media posts and other online sources daily.
  4. Monitor, track, and communicate executive exposure relating to travel and events.
  5. Track and triage all implicit and explicit threats or risks to executives, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  6. Continuously monitor and refine OSINT tools and queries.
  7. Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across multiple lines of business.
  8. Effectively work as part of an interdisciplinary global team managing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  9. Develop and/or improve standard operating procedures and program documents.
  10. Establish and maintain systematic, cross referenced intelligence records and files.
  11. Articulate key findings extrapolated from sourced data with a focus on executives and executive protection and provide written assessments, formal report writing, and verbal briefings to ETI customers.
  12. Receive and process incoming reports and messages.
  13. Initiate, execute, and maintain intelligence relationships inside and outside the organization.
  14. Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information regarding the corporation.
  15. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree with three to five years of work experience in government and/or corporate intelligence or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
