Job Title: Soil Technician

Job Description

A local geotechnical firm seeks to add a Soil Technician to its team for construction projects in the Seattle Area. The successful candidate will operate a nuclear density gauge to conduct soil compaction testing and write reports. Additionally, the role involves testing concrete and asphalt samples. Candidates must have a experience in engineering, geology, construction, or a related field. Experience with a Nuclear Density Gauge is preferred, and certification is required before starting. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in the field.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kirkland, Washington.

Work Environment

Meet at the office in Kirkland at 7 AM, head out into the field for the day, and end the day at 4 or 5 PM by dropping off the vehicle at the office. Projects are located in Seattle.
