*Duties/Responsibilities: *
- Responsible for dispatching Transportation drivers using a computerized database mapping system.
- Responsible for record keeping, filing, answering multi-line phone system, operating two-way radio system, vehicle operators timesheet verification, vehicle operators leave request approval and other related duties on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for responding to calls from call center and maintaining close contact with Schedulers, Drivers, and Customer Service Representatives .

*Qualifications/Requirements: *
- Safety sensitive position and subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
- Training shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
- Regular shift: Monday - Friday (10:00 am - 6:30 pm)
- Graduation from an accredited four-year high school or GED
- Considerable experience dealing with the public; strong organizational, strong attention to detail, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
- Considerable experience performing dispatching duties (preferably for a rural transportation system); or
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
