Purpose:

• Responsible for managing professional service team developing, deploying, modelling and training IDP solutions for Capture & Content Services

General:

• Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

• Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

• Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives

International accountability

Primary Responsibilities:

• May perform one or more of the following:

• Directs the activities of software development & configuration teams

• Oversees and manages the development, installation, and maintenance of business applications to deliver customer services

• Directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation of software applications within field of expertise

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities based on business requirements

• Establishes and adheres to programming standards and program documentation requirements in line with corporate policies, ISO and other 3 rd Party controls and regulations

• Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements

• Creates and manages relationships and communications with key stakeholders (Internal and External)

• All other duties as assigned

Candidate Education:

Graduation in specialized field (Example: Bachelor of Engineering etc.) in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Candidate Background:

  • ·Proficiency and experience working in the technical area of Intelligent Document Processing (Digitization, OCR/ICR/OMR, Classification Methodologies, Data Extraction Methodologies, ML, AI, NLP … etc.)

  • ·Proficiency and experience in managing technical resources including Scrum Masters, Developers and Integration Engineers.

  • ·Proficiency and experience in managing L4 technical support teams to ITIL standards

  • ·Proficiency and experience in creating and managing stakeholder relationships and communications

  • ·Proficiency and experience in communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders and peers, including Snr Management, Sales & Pre-Sales and Customers

  • ·Proficiency and experience in working as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Code Management & Release Tools (MS DevOps, GitHub, Team Foundation Server)

  • ·Experience and understanding in Managing Systems and Solutions using Market Leading Intelligent Capture Products (Kofax, ABBYY, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI)

  • ·Experience and Practice of AGILE/SCRUM Methodologies

  • ·Experience and understanding of working with Relational Databases and SQL Scripting (MS SQL Server)

  • ·Experience and Interest in working with Emerging Technologies and Innovation within the technical area of Intelligent Document Processing
