Retail Associate, Emporium

Location: Kohler, WI

Specific responsibilities of a Retail Associate include:

• Greeting guests, sharing product knowledge, taking customer special orders, etc.

• Being knowledgeable in the basics of the point of sale software system

• Cashiering and finalizing a sale, opening and closing of register

• Being knowledgeable about and be able to promote the Destination Kohler Resort and the Village of Kohler

• Assisting in maintenance of store

This is a part-time opportunity. Shifts will vary between 7:30am-8:30pm, weekdays and weekends.

Skills/Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience in a specialty retail store desired

• Ability to work independently

• Cash handling experience preferred

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the ability to obtain a Responsible Beverage Training certificate upon hire.

The hourly range for this position is $16.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
