Opportunity

As a Sr. Technical Analyst, you will be playing a focused role ensuring our Kitchen & Bath North America (KBNA) B2B stakeholders' requirements are translated into actionable technical requirements. The Sr. Technical Analyst works closely with Solution Architect and team to determine how best we can continue to scale our Salesforce instance and improve the overall customer experience. This role requires hands-on development of solutions ranging from proof-of-concepts to critical system components. The Sr. Technical Analyst will also be responsible for optimizing and tuning the technical performance and identifying areas for non-functional improvements.

Specific Responsibilities

  • The Sr. Technical Analyst works under minimal direction of the KBNA DX B2B team and receives guidance from senior team members.

  • As the Sr. Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our stakeholders’ requirements are translated into actionable technical requirements.Works with the team to determine how best we can continue to scale our Salesforce instance and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Actively partners with the Solution Architect and participates in the Software Development Lifecycle (SLDC) from requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and implementation of various initiatives.

  • Develops a deep understanding of business processes and how Salesforce enables our stakeholders internally and externally across the KBNA organization.

  • Effectively apply critical thinking to understand and solve problems, make well thought out decisions that quickly and positively create results.

  • Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the organization and identify barriers of change.

  • Develop use cases to demonstrate business requirements to relevant stakeholders.

  • Works closely with the Solution Architect to collaboratively propose solutions that demonstrate empathy for users’ needs when making decisions.

  • Works with partner and program management and Solution Architect to set roadmap priorities and deliver on them to enhance the stakeholder experience and deliver solutions.

Skills/Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and implementing data migrations.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations

  • Basic understanding of ERP system

  • Flexible and open to learning new technologies and its application to business

  • Ability to identify and understand complex problems and develop solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to present to senior management.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform’s core features including Sales, Service, and Flow

  • Experience in closely partnering with business stakeholders to learn business processes, propose changes as per industry standards and best practices, identify solutions to enable, simplify, transform & innovate the systems and process flows.

  • Experience documenting and presenting visualizations that describe complex processes appropriately for the intended audience.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and technical requirements into business specifications for stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

The salary range for this position is $89,800 - $114,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
