Job Description:


The purpose of this role is to provide on-going support to our Support Services Team which offers a premium hardware replacement service to Arrow’s customers globally.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Onboarding process to customers with New or Renewed contracts

  • Liaising with the Service Desk team ensuring the hardware replacement process has been completed

  • Ensure the transaction of hardware is accurate within the contract management and ERP systems

  • Produce reports on various levels of the hardware service, maintaining performance and SLA

  • Evaluate and ensure stock is available to meet the requirements

  • Invoice Control for Logistics and maintenance partners

  • Assist the Support Services Department
