AON Global Benefits Analyst in Krakow, Poland

Overview of the role

Global Benefits Analyst is a member of Expat Team, a part of larger Global Benefits Team in Krakow. Expat Team focuses on providing services to clients seeking risk and health insurance for their employees that are working outside their country of residence. We support different regional teams – UK, US and APAC. In our Team, Global Benefits Analyst supports day-to-day tasks related to expatriate benefits offered by Aon’s clients and has an opportunity to support their data driven decisions!

What the day will look like

You will be collaborating closely with the Expatriate Teams Consultants, providing them with administrative and analytical support, to ensure advice and services meet client expectations and commitments. You will be managing and completing various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • policy administration: membership change requests handling, invoicing handling

  • assisting consultants with other policy administration related activities, such as policy renewals and others

  • communication materials, policy documentation and other associated queries handling

  • handling Aon’s data portal - Greater Insight, where you will input new client’s policy data and update existing clients’ policy data

  • ensuring all information stored in the system is accurate and up to date

  • working with the whole team to maintain high quality and delivery within SLAs

  • participating in projects aimed at Team’s process improvement

    This position will put you in direct contact with consultants based in United Kingdom and will give you an outstanding opportunity to learn about truly international work culture. By handling client data and assisting with scheme administration you will learn ins and outs of global benefits market. Working on multiple projects will expand your knowledge even further, as well as give you opportunities to work with people from other teams under Global Benefits umbrella, like GBoR and Consulting teams.

    Experience and general skills that will lead to success

  • excellent English, especially writing skills – you need to be at least B2+ (C1 preferably) because you'll be corresponding with clients

  • good organizational skills – you'll need to balance various tasks and projects at the same time while handling time optimally

  • very good communication skills as it drives teamwork, results delivery, and client value creation no matter what business field you are in

  • proficiency in MS Office – mainly advanced Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • high attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
