We are looking for a Junior LIMS Business Analyst to work in our LIMS IT DevOps team partnering with our Quality Control laboratories across the world. Do you have a passion for IT in a global life sciences environment? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Support business analyst acting as QC laboratory subject matter expert within the LIMS IT DevOps team

• Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors

• Engage business partners to gather, analyse, and approve requirements from the QC laboratories then apply industry best practices to articulate requirements into solutions and system designs

• Collaborate with development & business testers on informal testing and formal testing

• Support complex enhancement requests or small projects

• Support on LIMS rollout projects

• Provide L2 support for Labvantage LIMS

• Create/update validation documentation and test scripts as required

• Work closely with Validation Quality Assurance groups as needed to ensure compliance with GxP regulations

Who you are

• Experience with GxP relevant application would be beneficial

• Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternative approaches to solving problems

• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills

• Student or BS Degree in STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths)

• Experience working in QC lab would be beneficial
