Job Description

Performs expense audits in compliance with Oracle’s Travel and Expense Policy and all related policies and provides support to expense reports submitters.

Career Level - IC1

Responsibilities

• Performs expense audits in compliance with Oracle’s Travel and Expense Policy, Anti-Corruption Policy and Supplemental Policy on Dealing with Government.

• Documents findings and compiles reports;

• Identifies and escalates inconsistencies;

• Identifies improvement opportunities, compiles data and deploys action proposals to correct submission behavior;

• Provides ongoing recommendations for process and procedural changes;

• Performs ad-hoc activities, as requested by management;

• Offers professional support to expense reports submitters who request help;

• Delivers training to Expense new hires and to internal customers, as needed.
