Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing : Handle inter-office and inter-bank transactions involving forex exchange, lending, borrowing, securities, and Islamic-related products.

• Message Monitoring : Monitor and verify Swift Confirmation messages (MT300 & MT820).

• Change Reconciliation : Ensure accuracy and consistency of daily/monthly brokerage charges by comparing them against contract notes and statements.

• Payment Settlement : Process domestic (MYR) payments through the RENTAS system for both Conventional (BOTKMYKX) and SPI (BOTK9999) accounts and settle foreign currency payments between financial institutions using the BESS system.

• Securities Settlement : Facilitated the settlement of MYR securities through the RENTAS system and foreign currency securities through the Facility Agent.

• Regulatory Compliance : Actively participate in the RENTAS DR exercise, ensuring adherence to BNM BCM guidelines and requirements.

• Project Involvement : Contribute to Parent Bank/BNM projects and other ad-hoc initiatives, internal improvements, or system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services or the Treasury Operations field. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc).

• For Communication skill, we prefer candidates who have good command in English proficiency, while Mandarin/Japanese may be advantages only.
