You’ll create impact

• Supports in preparation of bids / quotations / offers / contracts for product business.

• Ensures proper entries of SAP processes (e.g: sales order, CCM or POC, booking of costs, billing & accounting transaction) .

• Performs review and analysis on the key financial indicators (New Orders, Revenue and Gross Margin).

• Perform consistent housekeeping exercise like GRIR, TECO / CLSD, PAC alerts, cleaning of balance sheet items and etc.

• Communication with customers / suppliers regarding commercial issues e.g: terms & conditions of contract, payment term and receivables / payables etc.

• Updates information regarding delivery schedules, stock-and-order status and closely monitors on delivery status.

• Supports on logistics cost calculation and implementation of logistic contingency measures.

• Communicates deficiency and status reports regarding material and product availability.

• Works closely with factories, service providers and customers in logistics planning (e.g. transportation, packaging, handling, tax & duty issues, customs clearance etc) to ensure delivery on time and optimize the logistics costs.

• 1-2 years in commercial/accounting/finance and logistics related fields..

• Excellent organization skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Teamworking ability.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet sometimes aggressive deadlines.

• Ability and good in communication and presentation skills.
