Antech Diagnostics Sales Representative Diagnostics in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Requirements

Due to our continued growth across the APAC region, we are excited to announce that we are looking for a driven Diagnostics Sales Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for retaining and developing customer accounts across the Malaysia Peninsula. This position involves regular travel and includes a company car.

Your main focus will be on growing Antech Diagnostics' market share, while also providing essential after-sales care to your veterinary customers.

Key responsibilities include:

    • Travelling across the Malaysia Peninsula region to visit new and existing customers.
    • Selling Antech's products and services and establishing new customer relationships.
    • Setting up new customers and contract management.
    • Developing strategic growth plans for the region.
    • Providing technical 1st line support to customers and installation of hardware/software.
    • Marketing support and attending relevant exhibitions when required.
    • Regular reporting based on KPIs.
    • Working closely with internal departments in Germany (and other countries) including Marketing, Export, Product Management, and Customer Service.

Work Experience

  • Proven sales experience in the medical or veterinary field.

  • English language skills - business level or above

  • Technical knowledge of diagnostic products and equipment.

  • Ability to negotiate.

  • Customer service driven.

  • Able to build strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently.
