• Review and allocate sample to operation team

• Receives instructions from and reports data to client service and other laboratory technician staff.

• Record test point from report and test result.

• Support in Billing team based on lab test data.

• Communicates with customers on billing related matter.

• Support supervisor for data analysis.

• Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed.

• Higher Secondary Education.

• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.

• Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must.
