This is a salaried, professional, and supervisory position in the Integrated Support & Recovery Services (ISRS) Section of the Human Services Department. This position is designed for a highly motivated, creative, collaborative, and compassionate individual who has good communication skills and can effectively lead a team. This position involves program management as it relates to the Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Use Clinic. This leader is responsible for clinic operations, including compliance with mandates and statutes. Maximizing productivity and efficiencies of clinic to ensure services are optimized through policies and processes within practitioners\' scope of practice. Oversight of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of practitioners. Responsibility to prioritize, balance, and manage resources in an ever-growing service area, practicing ethics, inclusivity, and self-awareness. Must understand and be able to integrate multiple State and Federal statutes, rules, policies, and regulations, as well as Human Services & County vision & mission and operationalize them into effective and meaningful services. This is a full-time salaried position working weekdays, generally from 8:00am-4:30pm. Salary Range: \$71,094 - \$91,374 Associate Experience What\'s In It For You?
