Belin, Véritable Petit Beurre, BelVita, Paille d’Or, vous connaissez ? Ce sont nos produits phares fabriqués à l’usine de la Haye-Fouassière, une des 9 usines Mondelēz International en France. Depuis 1846 au centre de Nantes et 1986 sur son site actuel, nous produisons des produits emblématiques pour les Français (Mondelēz International est présent dans 96% des foyers). Notre usine connait une forte période d’investissements avec de forts enjeux business nous permettant de proposer des offres d’alternance challengeantes et développantes.

Encadré(e) par un Ingénieur IL6S, vous travaillerez sur des projets à fort enjeu tels que :

•Le déploiement de la méthode d’amélioration continue du groupe (IL6S)

•L’accompagnement et la formation des opérateurs aux outils d’amélioration continue (5P/5M, QQOQCP, 5S, OPL, TAGs, KAIZEN…)

•L’animation d’analyses de cause racine sur des problématiques process

•Le suivi des performances de ligne sur le terrain (micro-arrêts, déchets)

Vous pourriez être la personne que nous cherchons si vous êtes un (e) étudiant(e) en Master d’école d'ingénieur généraliste / agro-alimentaire et avez les compétences suivantes :

•Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse

•Bon relationnel et goût pour le terrain

•Autonomie et rigueur

•Force de propositions

•Orientation résultats
