As a Certified Nursing Assistant (GNA/CNA/HHA) Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing personalized companion and personal care to ensure the safety, independence, and well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients and building strong relationships
- Participating in clients' favorite activities and hobbies, such as walks, movies, and games
- Providing reliable transportation for errands, appointments, and shopping
- Performing light household tasks, including cleaning and laundry
- Assisting with medication reminders
- Preparing nutritious meals for clients
- Reporting completed activities and providing updates on clients' physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior
- Assisting clients with walking, steps, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Following care plans created by Registered Nurses
- Performing non-CNA functions as needed
