Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Synergy Information Technology Group, LLC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining effective communication, and assisting executive staff. Clerical skills, such as data entry and record keeping, will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office software and all office equipment
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Experience in Quickbooks is a plus
