Position Summary:

The Software Developer Lead will assume a pivotal leadership role, leveraging extensive expertise in PowerApps. Responsibilities include leading a team focused on developing and supporting applications within the Global Shared Services. Collaborating closely with developers and engineers, this role involves designing computer applications and programs, writing, and debugging code, and ensuring proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages. Additionally, a robust understanding of SQL Database, Athena, Redshift, and Mongo Database is vital. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for overseeing the proper infrastructure of systems, databases, and virtual machines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Showcase a strong grasp of programming languages, fundamental technology concepts, and logical thinking.

• Lead and mentor a team of Junior Developers, providing guidance and support.

• Possess experience in effectively managing and leading distributed teams.

• Apply analytical and programming logic skills to drive the development of innovative solutions.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within the team.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Platforms, with a focus on PowerApps and Power Automate.

• Maintain a positive and proactive approach, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to your work.

• Write and maintain high-quality code to ensure optimal functionality, conducting rigorous testing.

• Collaborate with the project team to deliver solutions that align with project goals and requirements.

• Exhibit flexibility, resourcefulness, and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced business environment.

• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, adhering to deadlines and timelines.

• Stay updated on modern technology trends and advancements to remain at the forefront of industry developments.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Finance, or relevant certifications, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in software development roles.

• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft 365 Suite, including Office applications.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Proficient scripting skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Python.

• Solid understanding and practical experience in Rest API development.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with various database systems, including SQL, Mongo, Redshift, Athena, and S3, as well as Stored Procedures, Functions, and Query reports.

• Strong understanding of ETL software, such as Alteryx and Knime.

• Familiarity with Azure services, Gateways, Logic Apps, and Subscriptions.

• Knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and AWS EC2.
