The Childrens Place at Home Safe Inc. Master's Level Therapist in Lake Worth, Florida
We are looking for a compassionateTherapistto join our specialized therapeutic group home program. This unique opportunity involves providing psychiatric residential treatment services to adolescents facing moderate to severe emotional challenges.
We offer invaluable support on your journey to Licensure (RMHCI and RCSWI), ensuring you receive the supervision you need to excel in your role.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy session, aligning them with treatment plan goals and objectives.
- Completing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
- Provide emergency crisis counseling, interventions, and manages crises, as they occur.
- Develop and implement Master treatment plans for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social services field (Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) and be license eligible.
- Minimum one-year internship required.
- Experience in a residential setting preferred.
- A valid Florida's driver's license is required.
- Any offer of employment is contingent on the completion of a Level 1 and Level 2 background check and drug screen to company standards.
