Robert Half Manager of Lifecycle Automated Marketing in Lakeland, Florida

Description We are welcoming applications for the role of Marketing Automation Manager based in Lakeland, Florida. This role is pivotal in the development, implementation, and management of our clients' automated marketing strategies. It is essential in optimizing the customer journey, nurturing leads, and ensuring that marketing activities align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to guide clients' customers from awareness to advocacy.

• Identify key customer segments and design personalized marketing journeys tailored to each segment.

• Design, execute, and manage automated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, SMS, and social media.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve effectiveness and achieve better ROI.

• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.

• Participate in high-level client meetings and prospect pitches.

• Work closely with sales, client services, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.

• Manage and optimize marketing automation and customer relationship platforms and tools to support marketing goals.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.

• Adjust strategies and campaigns based on insights to better meet customer expectations.

• Establish and maintain CRM vendor partnerships.

• Follow established processes and procedures, including workflow between teams and external clients. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Ability to create and manage advertisements

• Proven track record in building brand awareness

• Understanding of budget processes

• Experience in campaign planning

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and strategies

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign improvement

• Background in creating and implementing marketing automation workflows

• Understanding of email marketing strategies and SEO best practices

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
