responsibilities:

• Provide manufacturing support, troubleshoot equipment, and recommend improvements.

• Manage project costs, cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, and equipment enhancements.

• Update operational procedures for production and training purposes.

• Attend and lead meetings with stakeholders.

• Conduct equipment troubleshooting and process improvement activities.

• Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma methodologies is helpful but not required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, with entry-level to 3 years of experience.

• Software skills required: MS Office & AutoCAD.
