Essential Job FunctionsImplements maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability consistent with the needs of the operational facility and to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assetsAccountable for key Maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliabilitySupports equipment feasibility and ROI studies, makes recommendations for investment; implements capital expenditure project and is accountable for payback expectationsCollaborates with site leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellenceExecutes the annual financial plan and monitors performance within planned budgetDesigns, develops, and manages capital projects to enhance efficiencies, improve performance, and meet growth plans, including defining the scope of work, budget, schedule and responsibilities for internal team as well as supplier partnersDevelops scope of work for supplier partners to ensure expectations are clearly understood, accountable for the outcome of the contracted projects per the scope of workDevelop and execute site's preventative maintenance programCollaborates with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects to drive operational excellenceSupports key stakeholders on project design and management, supplier selection and scheduling coordination, new equipment acquisition and installation, materials acquisition, audits and process changesAssures compliance with Company's EAM platformAssures all tasks are performed in a safe manner, and comply with all company, local, state, and federal requirementsProvides guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance the salaried and hourly production team, working closely with direct reportsInteracts with key stakeholders to provide technical support and/or resolve equipment reliability issuesMaintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publicationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma required, Bachelor's degree desiredMinimum of 8 years of relevant experience requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of workers, environment and siteKnowledge of day-to-day and strategic issues, operational requirements and management of a manufacturing facilityKnowledge of the physical environment and full spectrum of activities for managing and maintaining physical facilities and infrastructureKnowledge of tools and techniques for preventing and addressing theft of assets, theft of information, vandalism, sabotage and other threats to a manufacturing facilityKnowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance and storage#MPC#LI-CB1Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
